Rather than an unsuitable catalog price, we take 15 minutes on the phone to understand your needs and propose a coherent offer. It's also a chance to answer your technical questions.
Is there really a 30-day trial without credit card?+
Yes. You create your org, invite your team, use everything (including payroll) for 30 days. No credit card required. If you don't add a payment method at the end, your account switches to read-only but your data remains intact for 90 days.
Why is Pro so different from Essential?+
Essential covers operational HR (leave, payroll, time tracking). Pro adds talent management: Performance/OKR, Recruitment ATS, Training, and especially the AI assistant. It's the recommended plan for SMBs that really want to modernize their HR.
Is WhatsApp AI really reserved for Corporate?+
Yes, because it requires a Meta Business Verified account and a specific setup per org. It's also the module that most changes the daily life of field employees (technicians, hospitality, retail). We include it with a dedicated CSM to ensure proper deployment.
What about VAT?+
All our quotes are excl. tax. VAT is added based on your country: 19% in Tunisia, 20% in France, 19% in Algeria, 20% in Morocco, possible exemption for Libya. For EU companies with a valid intra-EU VAT number, reverse charge applies.
Can I change plan along the way?+
Yes. Upgrade: immediate effect with prorating. Downgrade: effect on the next billing cycle. No penalty, no commitment period.
What if I'm coming from another HR solution?+
We migrate your data for free (users, leave balances, departments, payroll history). Count on 2-5 days depending on volume. We accept CSV / Excel exports from most HRIS on the market.
Who hosts my data?+
Cloudflare R2 (Europe) for files. Neon (Postgres, eu-west-3 Paris region) for the database. Vercel (Europe) for the server. Everything is GDPR + INPDP (Tunisia) compliant. No US transfer.
