Approved leave reaches the payslip on its own
Approved paid leave is counted as leave days on the payslip; unpaid leave is deducted from pay. The calculation does it even for an employee who does not clock in: the approved request is enough.

Earned, taken, pending and carried over, per employee and per leave type. Entitlement is set per year, individually or in bulk by job category or department.

Why payroll and leave belong in the same software
When leave lives in one tool and payroll in another, someone copies absences from one screen to the other every month. That is exactly where errors are born: forgotten unpaid leave, and the month is paid in full; paid leave not carried over, and the payslip misstates the month.

What is checked before payroll is validated
The calculation flags what a human eye misses: a base salary below the Tunisian legal minimum, overtime that was clocked but not paid under your setting, a contribution missing from one year while it exists the next.
Validating a payroll run is reserved to the organisation administrator, with a recent second authentication factor: whoever calculates payroll is not the one who validates it.
In French, English and Arabic
The interface exists in all three languages, with right-to-left layout for Arabic. The payslip language is set separately from the screen language: a team can work in English and hand out payslips in French, the language the Tunisian administration expects.

Frequently asked questions
Is unpaid leave deducted from pay automatically?
Yes. Once the request is approved, the days are deducted from that month’s pay, including for an employee who does not clock in. The payslip shows the number of absence days deducted.
Do I need to export leave to payroll every month?
No. Both modules share the same data: payroll reads approved requests directly. There is no export file and no import to run.
Which countries does payroll cover?

Are public holidays excluded from a leave request?

Can employees request leave from their phone?
Yes, from their phone’s browser as well as from a computer. They also see their balance there and, once payroll is validated, their payslips.
