Export from Personio
You generate the CSV export of members + leave balances from the Personio interface (Settings → Export). We extract: users, departments, hierarchy, 2026 balances, stored documents, payroll history if available.
Day 2
Levia org creation
Configuration of your organization with legal profile (FR by default, SYNTEC/BANKING/BTP sector handling per your activity), SMTP, logo, public careers page at the slug of your choice.
Day 3
Data import
Automatic field mapping Personio → Levia (Member, LeaveBalance, Department). Validation on a sample of 5 employees before full import. Your documents remain accessible from Personio during the transition.

Team onboarding

Is the migration really free?+

Personio has an FR payroll integration via partner. How does it compare?+
Personio goes through PayFit or another partner for FR payroll (with an additional cost). At Levia, FR payroll is native · SYNTEC scales, BTP/HCR/BANKING agreements included, time-versioned rates to regenerate a 2024 payslip with 2024 rates. No double billing, no double login.
And German compliance (DSGVO, AKDB)?+
Levia is European GDPR-compliant (legal equivalent of DSGVO). If your SMB has a German subsidiary, we can cover, but we don't have a "native DE" mode like Personio. For 100% German organizations, Personio remains more suited.
How long to migrate?+
5 business days for a 20-100 employee SMB. 2 weeks for 200+. Complexity mainly depends on payroll history (Personio FR via partner = more complex mapping, we document it on day 3).
