## La mission You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support as a Customer Support L1. Your expertise will help resolve customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and escalating issues when necessary. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive customer experience and contributes to the growth of our business.
