## Ce que tu feras au quotidien
* Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Troubleshoot common problems and provide clear solutions or alternatives to customers.
* Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support.
* Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to our processes or products.
* Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on our products and services.
